Experience

I have completed in excess of 1,000 appraisals across the Denver metro and surrounding areas. I have extensive experience with single family, condominium, and 2-4 family properties.  I have appraised properties with values from under $100,000 to in excess of $6,000,000.  I am FHA certified and have appraised numerous foreclosure homes to determine value for lenders. I have experience with land appraisals as well as appraising homes from Builders plans and specs.  I am easily reached and provided superior customer service to all clients.
