Golden Appraisal Services, LLC, DOES NOT provide any residential appraisal services except for Review Services.

We are STRICTLY a commercial appraisal firm!

*** SPECIAL NOTE ***

As of January 1, 2008, we no longer produce hard copies of our reports as part of our typical work. All final reports are delivered via electronic means. This is a good thing for two main reasons.

• First, lower fees. By not having to produce a hard copy we save the costs of paper, ink and postage or delivery. These savings are passed along to the client/intended user in terms of lower fees for our services.
   

• Second, reproducible copies. With electronic copies the client/intended user has the opportunity to print the appraisal report as often as they desire. The electronic copy is in a pdf format and suitable for printing at any time.

For clients/intended users who insist on hard copies, we charge $150.00 per copy which includes delivery. This cost is in addition to our appraisal fees and payable prior to delivery of the completed report.
