Brian has been in the appraisal industry since 2002. He is meticulous, ethical and possesses excellent investigative skills. He produces very high quality and credible work. In June 2008, Brian purchased Golden Appraisal Services, Inc., from Val Simone (who is now retired). Brian is now the day-to-day manager of the company.
Brian is also a part owner of the residential appraisal firm, Mountain to Metro Appraisals, LLC. Mountain to Metro Appraisals, LLC., provides ONLY residential appraisal and consulting services.
